1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Crazy Frog AI Video ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, uploading a photo, or generating an AI video, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions herein, you must immediately cease accessing or using our services.

2. Service Description & AI Video Generation

Crazy Frog AI Video provides an online generative artificial intelligence tool that transforms uploaded character photos (a required Chased Character and an optional Rider/Chaser) and chosen background scenes (presets or custom upload) into a 15-second AI video (available in 9:16 vertical and 16:9 widescreen) inspired by the viral Crazy Frog Invisible Motorcycle Chase trend.

• AI Model Pipeline — Crazy Frog AI Trend uses the Wan 3.0 video generation model, accessed through the KIE AI API, to create AI-generated videos from user-provided images and reference materials. Uploaded images may also be screened using OpenAI's Moderation API to help enforce our content safety policies.
• Reference-Guided Synthesis — Our tool uses a fixed reference video clip to guide timing, movement, and camera energy. You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic; facial details, hand gestures, background elements, and movements may differ between frames and from the original clip.
• Service Evolution — We reserve the right to optimize, adjust, or discontinue aspects of the service or parameters with reasonable notice.

3. User Eligibility & Portrait Photo Authorization

• Age Requirement — You must be at least 18 years old to access and use our generation features.
• Strict Likeness & Portrait Rights — You represent and warrant that any photo you upload is either of yourself or an adult who has granted you explicit written authorization to use their likeness for AI video generation.
• Prohibited Persons — Uploading photos of minors, children, non-consenting individuals, or public figures without official rights is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security — You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Responsibility for Content and Conduct — You are responsible for your uploads, generated content, and use of the service. You must obtain all permissions, consents, and other rights needed for the photos, reference materials, and intended use of generated content.

4. Credits, Pricing, and Refunds

• Credits Metering — Video generation is metered via credits based on selected resolution:
  • 480P: 10 credits per video
  • 720P: 20 credits per video
  • 1080P: 40 credits per video
• Deduction and Failure Return — Credits are reserved when you click "Generate Video". If a generation task encounters an unrecoverable system failure or error, the reserved credits are automatically returned to your account balance.
• One-Time Credits Validity — Credits purchased in one-time packs do not expire.
• Subscription Credits Validity — Monthly subscription credits are valid for the active billing period and expire at the end of each billing cycle unless renewed.
• Purchase Refunds vs. Credit Returns — Automatic credit return restores your digital credit balance upon generation failure. Real payment refunds for purchased packs or subscriptions are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use Policy

• Uploaded Content — You retain rights to your uploaded portrait photos. You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license solely to process, render, and host your generated video.
• Acceptable Use Standards — You agree not to upload photos or attempt to generate content containing:
  1. Non-consensual sexualized deepfakes, pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, or any sexual exploitation.
  2. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving minors, or any attempt to exploit or endanger children — zero tolerance.
  3. Impersonation, identity fraud, scams, deceptive conduct, harassment, hate, unlawful violence, or other harmful or illegal activity.
  4. Use of another person's likeness without consent, or material that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
  5. Any content or use that violates applicable law, facilitates wrongdoing, or is otherwise harmful.
• Safety Review and Enforcement — We may use automated checks and human review where appropriate. Depending on the severity and circumstances, we may refuse a generation, remove or disable content, limit features, freeze credits connected to an investigation, suspend an account, or terminate an account. Credits obtained through fraud may be revoked. Lawfully purchased, unused credits are handled under applicable law and our Refund Policy; this section does not create a blanket right to confiscate them.
• Reports and Appeals — To report suspected violations or to appeal an enforcement decision, contact contact@crazyfrogaitrend.com or use our Contact Page with relevant account details, links, and supporting information. We review reports and appeals under our content-safety process.
• Independent Project Disclaimer — Crazy Frog AI Video is an independent creative project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the original owners, creators, or trademark holders of the Crazy Frog character or related rights holders.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform and AI generation services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
