• Generation Issues: If a video generation task fails or is interrupted, the reserved credits are automatically refunded to your balance. Please check your credit history in Account Settings.
• Refund Requests: For billing and transaction questions, please refer to our Refund Policy and provide your registered account email and transaction details.
• Content & Takedown: If you believe content generated or hosted on our platform infringes your likeness, privacy, or intellectual property rights, please email us with the specific details and URL for immediate review.

Report AI Content Abuse

Report suspected illegal AI content, non-consensual likeness use, privacy or intellectual-property infringement, impersonation, fraud, or other harmful content to contact@crazyfrogaitrend.com. Include the relevant URL or task details, a description of the issue, and any information that helps us verify the report.

We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and aim to complete an initial review within 7 business days. Urgent reports involving potentially illegal content receive priority handling. We assess the report, may restrict content or an account while reviewing it, take further action where warranted, and respond to the reporter when reasonably possible.
