Crazy Frog AI Video ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and process your information when you use our website, upload portrait photos, generate AI videos, and manage your credits.

2. Information We Collect

1. Account Details — When you sign up or log in, we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers through our secure authentication providers.
2. Uploaded Portrait Photos — When you generate a video, you upload a portrait photo (JPG, PNG, or WebP format, up to 15MB).
3. Generated Videos — We temporarily host and deliver the resulting 15-second MP4 video files generated by our AI pipeline.
4. Credit & Transaction Records — We record your credit allocations, deductions per video resolution, and refund history. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
5. Technical Logs — We collect standard technical telemetry (IP address, browser type, timestamps) necessary for rate limiting, system diagnostics, and security monitoring.

3. How We Process and Store Your Data

• AI Model Processing — KIE AI processes uploaded images and reference materials through its API to provide Wan 3.0 video generation. OpenAI provides image content-safety screening through its Moderation API. We may send uploaded photos and related generation materials to these providers only to generate the requested video and perform safety checks.
• Storage Infrastructure and Access — Uploaded photos and rendered video outputs are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Generated videos are delivered through access-controlled application endpoints rather than a public storage bucket. Self-service deletion is currently not automated; you may request deletion of uploaded photos and generated-video records by contacting support. We retain data only as required to operate the service, address security or legal obligations, and process verified deletion requests; we do not state a fixed deletion period where one is not implemented.
• No Model Training on User Photos — We do not use your personal portrait uploads to train or fine-tune public foundation AI models without your explicit consent.
• Likeness Protection — We require all users to confirm that uploaded photos portray themselves or an adult with explicit permission. Uploads of minors or unauthorized public figures are strictly prohibited.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We utilize trusted enterprise infrastructure providers to deliver our service:

• Cloudflare — DNS, edge routing, Workers compute, and R2 object storage.
• KIE AI — API access to the Wan 3.0 video generation model.
• OpenAI — Image content-safety screening through the Moderation API.
• Payment Gateways — PCI-compliant third-party payment processing.
